Well as the name "Fried Rice" says, it is rice stir fried with a variety of ingredients. The main ingredients you would usually find in this Chinese Cuisine are diced char siew, eggs, shrimps. Green peas and shredded or dice chicken are also added. Some hawkers may add in crabmeat or chinese sausage as well. A small amount of pepper, salt and oil is added during the stir fry process.
